We ship AUSTRALIA POST. This includes Regular and Express shipping.
AUSTRALIA POST does NOT guarantee any specific delivery date, but is fairly fast.
Keep in mind they do not ship on Weekends or Public Holidays.

For all international orders, Belly Baby Wear Australia is NOT responsible for any fees related to or for customs and/or entry into your country. The shipping fees you pay are quoted to us by Australia Post to get your item from our location to yours. Additional fees are your responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR PRE-ORDERS
Due to the custom, handmade nature of most of our products, we DO NOT accept ANY returns or provide refunds on our products.

Regarding Exchanges, if there is a defect or incorrect nature of the item you received – you must be in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your product AND the product must be unused/unworn. If BOTH of these requirements are not met, we cannot be responsible for an exchange of any item. If these conditions are met (you are in contact with us within 7 days of receipt of your order, AND the item is not used or worn), we can then discuss the situation and how we will proceed. This communication must be handled immediately after you receive your order, and the item MUST BE returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your item. We DO NOT offer exchanges of any sort after you have had your order for 30 days or more.
